Girl Scouts!!

Every year the Girl Scout troops come to our office to earn their dental health badge!! I have the opportunity to talk to the girls about brushing, how many teeth they have, what different teeth are called, etc... Then we take the girls into the ops to give them some hands on experience! They all have such a great time doing this, it is so much fun to watch them as they learn new things!!

Happy Birthday Little Miss!!! "6"

Hailey's birthday was on the 17th of April!! We had a "Gezel' party for her yesterday!! We had some yummy pizza and and amazing cake!! I cannot take credit for this cake, I owe it all toChild s Pastries!! Hailey loved her cake and was speechless when she finally got to see it!! Christa, Micah and Zachary came... Then Pam came with Ryan and Addison!!! Hailey loves being around all the little ones!! We played with bubbles, lacrosse, hula hoop, pinata, pin the tail on the donkey and much more!! Thank you all for making Hailey's day special!! It was wonderful to finally be able to celebrate her birthday with her!!!

Weekend Fun!!

We have had such a fun and very exhausting weekend!! I have several things to post however I am wating on some pictures that a friend took!! Let me just say it was perfect!!!!

Cup Cake Fun!!!

Tuesday night Hailey stayed the night at our house!! Her birthday was yesterday so I decided to get some cup cakes as a prebirthday celebration!! We are having a birthday party for her tomorrow and I am so excited about it!! She has no idea some of the things we got for the party!! Anyway, Hailey and I were at the table with Josh eating our cup cakes and Josh picked Hailey's up smelled it and proceeded to tell her how yummy it smelled!! Hailey said "I want to smell it!" So Hailey picked up the cup cake and the rest is history!! Hailey then smelled her cup cake again and told dad how good it smelled... So he picked it up to smell it again....and....the rest is history!! Those 2 together make me smile!! I love them both!!!

Projects Around the House!!

Josh has been keeping quite busy around our house, he has been working on several projects!!! I cannot thank him enough!! He has worked hard on getting our lawn to be the greenest on the block (we have had several people ask him how he did it so early in the year!!) He has installed 2 ceiling fans in our room and Haileys!! Currently he is adding a bathroom downstairs in the basement!! I love that he is so motivated and enjoys doing these things... I feel as though I have been a lazy bum.... for instance, he is downstairs working on the bathroom while I have been updating the blog!! Hmmmmm.! I should go back down and help!

Lunch With Dad!!

After I picked Hailey up from school on Wednesday we met Josh for lunch at Chicken Kitchen!! The food was so yummy!! Hailey had a great time visiting with her daddy!! She loves him so much and it is not hard to see!! After lunch Hailey and I went to the paper store so I could get paper to make invitations for a baby shower I am doing in May and invitations for her birthday party this coming Saturday!! I cannot believe she is going to be 6 years old!! I remember meeting her when she was 2!!!

Amazing Jakes!!

Last Saturday Josh, Hailey and I met Christa and Micah at Amazing Jakes!! We all had an "Amazing time!" Hailey loved going on all the rides... Go Karts, roller coaster, tea cups, train, etc... Josh and I were able to go on most of the rides with her!! Zachary had such a good time riding around on the train and playing on all the blocks in the toddler section!! Josh, Hailey and I enjoy spending time with Christa and her family!! It is nice that we live so close to eachother!!

Dolphins and Pearls

While I was in San Francisco I was able to open up a couple of oysters and get the pearls out!! It was optional if I wanted them to set the pearl in a piece of jewlery. Last time I went to San Fran I only got the pearl... This time I was certain I wanted a piece of jewlery. I got myself a pearl ring and I got Hailey a dolphin neckace for her birthday!! We gave it to her as an early birthday present and she loves it!!! She even puts in on first thing in the morning while still wearing her pijamas!! She is a cutie!

Swimming!!

Last Friday Hailey and I met Christa and Zachary at a local indoor swimming pool!! Hailey and Zachary both had a great time!! Hailey loved the lazy river and insisted on going round and round!!! She was was so excited to tell dad all about it!!

Fun In San Francisco!!!

Last weekend we went to a dental seminar in San Francisco!! I had such a great time!! We were able to do all sorts of fun things while we were there!! I also got to eat some of the yummiest food!! My taste buds had a party!! I was able to do a lot of shopping which is always a fun thing! I also had the opportunity to go whale watching!!! Um.... Not fun!!! I got so incedibly sea sick!! UGH! The swells were at least 6 feet high and I felt as though I was a rag doll! I was thrilled to get my feet back on solid ground! I love San Francisco and want to go back again!!! Any takers!?!?!?
