Thank you Kelli for sharing this yummy desert on your blog!!! I know that I did not dip mine in choclate like you were supposed to because I did not want to mess with it at the time!! This was so easy and so delicious!! Hollow out a strawberry and fill it with cheesecake filling!! Ta-Da!! That is all!!! I ate them after the gym and surprisingly I had zero guilt!!! They were perfect!!

Easy solution and quick fix to the chocolate....use hardshell! It is perfect for chocolate covered strawberries and no melting or mess.
