David Goes To The Dentist!!!!

This video is so funny and so true to life! This little boy went to the dentist for treatment and was sedated probably with a narcotic called "versed" Poor him thinks that this is a permanent feeling and that his dad really has four eyes!! I am not sure how his dad was able to stay composed through video taping him out in the parking lot!! Mom, do you like the part where he has a melt down and then says he is not tired?!?!? Have you heard that phrase before?!?! I hope you all enjoy!

Memories....!

After months and months of clothes spilling out of my closet I have decided that it was time to get rid of some things!! I spent the morning going through all of my clothes and managed to get 2 garbage bags full of things that needed to go!! I put a shirt in there that I wore for my 1996 school pictures. (Junior year of high school) I think it is finally time to part ways with it!! I cannot believe I have had a shirt for 12 years!! Wow!! I happened to stumble across my junior picture and decided to capture one last photo of me in the shirt before saying goodbye!! I cannot believe how much I have changed and grown over the last 12 years however, I still look like me!! So my question is, what article of clothing have held onto?

Peek-a-Boo...!

I see you..... Dakota's favorite place to hide is under the beds! She has done this since she we brought her home! However, she does not realize she is getting bigger and fitting under the bed will not always be an option. I think she finally figured it out the other night when she was unable to get out!! I think at one point she tried to eat her way out.... The last picture I think she realized her hiding days are over!!

Our Little Puppy....!

Is getting so big!! I cannot believe how much she has grown in the past 2 weeks! I took her to the vet today to check for a chip... I know, I know it is about time! I think more for selfish reasons on my part I have hesitated to take her in.... Today was finally the day.... Unforntunately for her previous owner they did not have any identification on her and they certainly did not chip her!! That is great news for us!! We love having her in our home and I know that Jax loves her so much! I do not think I have ever seen two dogs get along as well as Jax and Dakota!! When they play together it seriously looks like it will end badly however, I know that they are just having a good time!!! The vet told me that she certainly has the coat of a retriever and the coloring of one as well!! She does have a very curled tail so that led her to believe that she has another breed in her as well! We do not mind at all... She is just as cute as can be!! She finally learned how to walk with her leash today, still a little uneasy about it but at least she does not just sit there being stubborn! I am glad that Jax has a new buddy!!

I wish....!

Sometmes I wish that gossip did not come as easy as breathing! I am not writing this post to call myself out on anything, however, I know that we have all had our fair share of gossiping... Whether we are the one talking or the one who is being talked about.... It is never a good thing to be on either end!! I remembered this picture from when I was growing up and thought how true this is.... It is my goal to set gossip aside... We shall see if this happens or not!! I know it will be hard because it is so easy to get wrapped up in conversations!! I guess I could say.... All I need to know I learned in Kindergarten!!! Wow, who knew you could learn so much at age 5!!!

At first I thought they were saying "You're gonna miss me" However, once I heard the lyrics a little more clearly, I thought this song was so perfect for me and probably everyone out there!! Toddlers and Tiaras!!

Tonight Hailey and I were watching Toddlers and Tiaras on TLC. First and foremost I think that some of those moms and dads are crazy!!! Seriously what are they thinking! They have these kids trained to a T! What 4 year old really wants to win a car?!?! What are they going to do with a vehicle... Keep it in the garage until they are 16? No mommy and daddy get to drive it!! YEAH!!! So fun! While watching the show Hailey started to mimic some of the things that the girls were doing. It was quite funny!! She really had her hips down!! I asked her if she wanted to dress up like the girls and she said yes.... I asked because that is all she was talking about!! So we got her all dolled up and she put on a show for us! As dolled up as possible minus the flipper, hair piece, spray tan, false eye lashes, $2000 dress, etc.... I hope you enjoy her little pictures and video!!

Daddy Daughter Date!!

Josh took Hailey on a date today! They are going to the Movie Tavern to watch Coraline in 3D! She was very excited about it!! Hailey has decided that she likes to wear her bangs back. I cannot believe how much older it makes her look! I personally think it is pretty darn cute! I think she looks so much like Josh when her bangs are back. I was able to snap a few pictures before they ventured out!!

Name Change!!

This poor dog is probably so confused!! As I have stated in previous posts we were unable to reach a verdict with a name for the puppy.... Well we finally decided on Bear, however, another name was brought to our attention that we all love.... So here it is... The puppy's name is "Dakota" Thanks mom!!

Playtime!

I love watching Jax and the puppy play together!! They love eachother so much and you can tell by the way the act with eachother! First and foremost we decided on a name for her..... Wait for it... "Bear" I was watching Planet Earth and there is a segment on the Polar Bears and I thought that she looks so much like one that she should have a name to match. She is getting so big and she seems to be happy! She has finally mastered the stairs and is currently in the process of being house broken!! Hopefully soon!! I hope you enjoy the pictures... Sleep Tight!

Hailey decided last night that she wanted to sleep with the puppy. She was excited when I told her she would probably stay in there all night! I was right!! I was woken up this morning to barking from her room so she could go outside! I snuck into Hailey's room last night to get a picture of Hailey and the dog!! So cute, Hailey was sleeping at the opposite end with the puppy!! We still have not decided on a name... Are we horrilble or what!
