However, I fell off the wagon! I need to get back on it! This weeks challenges were to exercise for a total of 30 minutes a day!! Actually some form of cardio!! I have not been so diligant about it!! Kelli I know I need to get back into my groove or my backside will get into me!!!

When I get there you have to be strong for me! :o) I know you are pregnant and all, but let's stick to the challenge ok? I'll cut you a little slack but keep me on the straight and narrow!
